University to Work Initiative Context
This initiative aims to produce world class skilled students among Egyptian universities and qualified them by developing their technical and soft skills and molding their character to become to comply with market needs.
Under the umbrella of community participation, Engineering Consultants Group (ECG), The Egyptian Corporate Responsibility Center (ECRC) and Rotary Clubs in Egypt agreed to implement the University to Work initiative. The participating universities following the Third Initiative University of Cairo, Ain Shams , Benha ,Helwan , AUC, El Sherouk ,HTI, FUE , GUC,MUST, New Cairo ,Fine Arts and Applied Arts .

Rotary club members are volunteers who work locally, regionally, and internationally to combat hunger, improve health and sanitation, provide education and job training, promote peace, and eradicate polio under the motto Service Above Self.
